Supporting a child’s education is a team effort. Whether you're a parent or a teacher, your role is vital in helping students succeed both academically and personally. Here are 10 practical tips for each group to create a strong, positive impact.

  • Create a Study Space – Set up a quiet, clutter-free area at home dedicated to learning.
  • Establish a Routine – Help your child build consistent study and sleep habits.
  • Communicate Regularly – Stay in touch with teachers about your child’s progress.
  • Encourage Reading – Read together or encourage independent reading daily.
  • Limit Screen Time – Balance entertainment with productive activities.
  • Ask About School – Show interest in what your child is learning.
  • Promote Responsibility – Give age-appropriate tasks to build accountability.
  • Be Positive – Celebrate efforts and small wins, not just results.
  • Support Mental Wellness – Be attentive to stress, anxiety, and emotional needs.
