31 Young Guyanese Changemakers Shine on the Regional Stage
(November 25, 2025) – Thirty-one outstanding secondary school students from Guyana represented the country at the OAS Regional Youth Forum on Education for Democratic Participation & Responsible Citizenship, the first edition conducted in English.

They developed actionable proposals to improve school life and engaged in collaborative discussions with young leaders from across the Caribbean and the Americas, exchanging ideas and strengthening regional partnerships.
