A courtesy call was made to the Honourable Minister of Education, Priya Manickchand, by the Planet One Group.

Speaking on behalf of the group was one of its Directors, Mr. Kuljit Ahluwalia. Planet One seeks to leverage their R&D and tech-based expertise towards nation-building; and have nurtured strategic partnerships with Governments tuned into this goal from countries in Asia, Africa, The Middle East, North America, and the Caribbean region.

With Education as the Group's flagship priority area, in this introductory meeting, they shared with Minister Manickchand evidence of large scale projects they have undertaken in the key Ministry of Education priority areas of TVET, SEND, STEM education, and teacher training. At the close of the positive encounter yesterday, the team committed to sharing other, more targeted information with the Ministry of Education, and be responsive to any further queries.
