Redemption is on Afi Blair's mind. After missing out on individual gold medals in 2023, the Government Technical Institute (GTI) athlete is back and ready to challenge Guyana's best at the revamped National Secondary Schools Track and Field Championships.
Blair, a determined competitor, is set to feature in the highly competitive Under-20 200m and 400m events. He's eager to prove his mettle and achieve the gold medal glory that eluded him last year.
The stage is set for a thrilling showdown as the remodeled National Secondary Schools Track and Field Championships take center stage from March 11-13 at the National Track and Field Facility. Blair's quest for gold will be one of the key storylines to watch as the nation's top young athletes battle it out.
