Published by Ministry of Education
The installation combines a 60-kilowatt charger with a 15-kilowatt solar PV system, providing affordable charging at G$80 per kilowatt-hour alongside a G$220 session fee.
Users coordinate sessions and payments digitally via the FlashChargeEV application, ensuring efficient management and live availability checks before arrival.
This initiative aligns with the Government's landmark Guyanaβs Low Carbon Development Strategy (LCDS) 2030 by embedding environmental stewardship and renewable energy solutions directly within educational institutions.
A clean, sustainable world requires collective effort.
