Exercise Book Distribution Advisory

Exercise Books of different types (single line, double line, plain and checkered line) are made available to each student in the public Nursery,Primary and Secondary schools on a term basis across all ten Administrative Regions.

The exercise books are strategically distributed to all schools in the last month of every term in order for learners to receive their quota and have them by the first school day in the following school term. Below is a breakdown on the amount of books each child should receive per term.

Allocation of Exercise Books to Teachers.

• Secondary School Teachers —Twelve (12) single line exercise books are allocated to all teachers annually.
• Primary School Teachers- Nine (9) single line exercise books are allocated to all teachers annually.
• Nursery School Teachers— Six (6) single line exercise books are allocated to all teachers annually.
