Guyana Celebrates World Wildlife Day

Today, on World Wildlife Day, we celebrate the rich biodiversity that makes Guyana one of the most ecologically unique countries in the world.

From our majestic jaguars to our vibrant birdlife and thriving forests, our wildlife is not only a national treasure but a vital part of our identity and future.

Through education, awareness, and collective responsibility, we can empower the next generation to protect and preserve our natural heritage.

Let us continue to champion environmental stewardship in our schools and communities.
