Applicants are invited to persue studies at the above named instution for the academic year commencing July 2014 and January 2015

Competency Based Education Training – Level 1

• Metal Work Engineering (CBE)
• Motor Vehicle Repairs
• Plumbing
• Welding

Information Technology Course

Basic Certificate in IT Studies

Entry Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old on or before the 31st December 2014 to be eligible to attend full-time courses and eighteen (18) years old by the said date to attend evening courses.
• For the courses, applicants must have successfully completed the Secondary Competency Certificate Programme (SCCP) or attained a Sound Secondary Education(completion of form four).

Entrance tests will be conducted from 3rd June to 27th July 2014 at the:

Application form cost $200 and can be uplifted at the Guyana Industrial Training Centre (Administrative office) between 9:00 and 16:00 hrs Monday to Thursday and Fridays 9:00 to 15:00 hrs.

NOTE: ONLY Information Technology Course will be commencing in July 2014.
