Officers from the Ministry of Education and the Office of Climate Change are convening in St. Vincent for the 2nd Regional Workshop under the theme Analyzing the Effects of Climate Change on Education. Coordinated by UNESCO’s International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), the workshop centers on strengthening technical capacity and developing a climate risk analysis for the education sector.

Representing the Ministry of Education are: Tonnica Dey and Dahvis Caldeira of the Planning Unit, Renita Barnes of the Inspectorate Unit, and Deputy Chief Education Officer Marti De Souza, leading Amerindian and Hinterland Education Development.
