Guyana is actively participating in the 37th CANTA General Membership Meeting in Barbados, where critical regional discussions are underway to strengthen collaboration, quality delivery, and certification in Technical and Vocational Education and Training across the Caribbean.

Representing the Ministry of Education is Dr. Ritesh Tularam, Deputy Chief Education Officer, TVET, while Mr. Chinedu, Director of CTVET, is also taking part in this meeting. Their presence underscores Guyana’s commitment to regional integration and to advancing a stronger, more responsive TVET system that equips citizens with the skills needed for a changing workforce.
