Happening Now in Le Destin

Hon. Sonia Parag, Minister of Education and Hon. Steven Jacobs, Minister Within the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport are currently meeting with residents of Le Destin, East Bank Essequibo.

This is part of a wider Cabinet Outreach which has since become a staple of the President Irfaan Ali-led administration.

It sees Ministers of Government being deployed all across a particular region to meet with and hear directly from residents.

Over the next two days, the meetings are spread across Region Three (Essequibo Islands-West Demerara).
