Honourable Minister of Education Priya Manickchand engages National Data Management Authority to explore solutions to deliver education through technology.

Today the Honourable Minister of Education Priya Manickchand engaged the National Data Management Authority (NDMA) to explore solutions to deliver education to students through technology. This is particularly important during the COVID 19 pandemic that is currently affecting Guyana and the education sector.

Those present at the meeting were the MoE’s Chief Information Technology Officer Mr Yoganand Indarsingh, Mr Godfrey Munroe MoE’s Systems Development Co-ordinator, the Chief Planning Officer-MoE Ms Nicola Johnson, Mr Floyd Levi General Manager- National Data Management Authority (NDMA), and Mr Malcom William- NDMA Officer.
