The Honourable Minister of Education, Priya Manickchand recently conducted a site visit to Hosororo Secondary School in Region One to inspect the progress of a G$2.619 billion state-of-the-art educational facility. The project, which is part of the Government's broader initiative to improve educational infrastructure nationwide, is expected to significantly enhance the learning environment for students and teachers in the region.
The Hosororo Secondary School will feature 29 classrooms, accommodating over 500 students from Hosororo and surrounding communities. These facilities are designed to equip students with practical skills and training in various technical disciplines, preparing them for careers in industries that are crucial to Guyana’s development.
