Minister Parag continues school inspections ahead of Monday’s reopening

In continuing to ensure that schools across Guyana are all set to welcome students on Monday, Hon. Sonia Parag, Minister of Education, visited those institutions located along Woolford Avenue.

While the avenue is currently closed for major expansion works, Minister Parag has been assured that come Monday, parents, teachers and students will have no difficulty accessing their schools.

The Minister has tasked her Ministry’s engineers with working closely with their counterparts from the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development to ensure that there will be no hindrances as the new school year begins.
