Minister Parag Engages Abram’s Creek Residents During Cabinet Outreach

Honourable Minister of Education, Sonia Parag today engaged residents of Abram’s Creek in the Pomeroon River as part of the Government’s Cabinet Outreach led by His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali.

Minister Parag was accompanied by Director-General at the Ministry of Health and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Dr. Vishwa Mahadeo; Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Shannielle Hoosein-Outar; Chief Education Officer, Saddam Hussain; Advisor to the Minister on Tertiary Education Reform, Dr. Kofi Dalrymple; and other senior officers from the Ministry of Education.

The outreach provided residents with the opportunity to engage directly with Government, raise concerns, and discuss issues affecting their community.
