Minister Parag Receives Courtesy Call from His Holiness S.B. Keshava Swami

Hon. Sonia Parag, Minister of Education, this afternoon received a courtesy call from spiritual leader His Holiness S.B. Keshava Swami (Kesava Maharaj).

The engagement centred on potential partnerships for moral and character development within schools. Minister Parag was eager to share the concept of Guyana’s Moral and Civic Education curriculum which is currently being implemented in schools across the country.

Also present for the meeting were Permanent Secretary Shannielle Hoosein-Outar and Digital School Director Phillipe Walker.
