Ministers Parag and Jacobs Wrap Up Region Three Community Engagement

Ministers Sonia Parag and Steven Jacobs are wrapping up a fruitful engagement with residents of Le Destin, Orangestein, Ruby (Front), and Good Hope in Region Three.

The community issues raised include noise and air pollution due to business expansions, littering by uncaring residents, and the need for streetlights in some areas.

To this end, Minister Parag highlighted the Government's plans to not only fully implement zoning regulations but also to assist businesses that need guidance to be able to comply with those regulations.

In relation to streetlights, Minister Jacobs assured that thousands of lights have already been procured and will soon be distributed to all communities in need.
