Ministry of Education host's a capacity-building forum for drivers within the Ministry at the National Centre for Educational Resource Development.

The Ministry of Education is hosting a capacity-building forum for drivers within the Ministry at the National Centre for Educational Resource Development (NCERD). The Ministry recognizes that all personnel inclusive of drivers are equipped with the relevant knowledge and skills that will enable them to execute their respective duties effectively and efficiently.

Some of the areas of focus today will be logbook preparation, record keeping, defensive driving and vehicle maintenance which will result in the improvement of our Transport Department.

Today, drivers will be exposed to a day of theoretical and semi-practical training facilitated by qualified and experienced facilitators. Participants will be exposed to best practices, role-plays and feedback sessions.
