Ministry of Education launches Mash Band 2020

The Ministry of Education launched its 2020 Mashramani Band today at the Ministry's Sports Complex. Unlike our participation in previous years in the small band category, the Ministry will be competing in the medium band category which will see over 200 revellers on the road come February 23, 2020.

Minister of Education, Dr. the Hon. Nicolette Henry said that 2020 is a big year for the Ministry and the country. With over 200 strong on Mash Day, she said that the Education Ministry is coming bigger and better!

Further, Minister Henry encouraged all those in attendance to not forget the children as the National Children's Mashramani Costume and Float Parade will be held tomorrow, Saturday, February 15, 2020, starting at Parade Ground at 10:00hrs all the way to the National Park.
