MOE CLARIFIES ARRANGEMENTS FOR EMCC EXAMS

The Coordinator of the Education Management Certificate Course wishes to inform all Education managers that the final examination will be administered on Saturday, September 26, 2026, commencing at 9:00 a.m.

The examination has been rescheduled for Saturday to minimize disruption to instructional time and regular school activities during the school week.

Parallel Examination

A parallel examination will be administered on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, commencing at 3:00 p.m. This arrangement is intended to accommodate Education managers who are unable to sit the final examination on September 26, 2026, due to one of the following circumstances:

Observance of the Sabbath by Seventh-day Adventists;

Hospitalization or other documented medical circumstances; or

Other extenuating circumstances approved by the coordinator, through the Education Management Committee.

Education managers who require consideration for the parallel examination must submit a formal written request to the coordinator of the Education Management Certificate Course, through their respective Master trainer, no later than Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Please note the following:

No penalty or reduction in grade will be applied to any Education manager who is formally approved to sit the parallel examination.

The parallel examination is an approved arrangement designed to accommodate legitimate circumstances while safeguarding the integrity and security of the examination process.

Education managers who have already submitted a request for the parallel examination are not required to submit another request.

Approval to sit the parallel examination must be obtained in advance through the established process.

All Education managers are encouraged to make the necessary arrangements to sit the final examination on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., unless circumstances warrant consideration for the parallel examination.
