The Ministry of Education, through its National Literacy Department, continues to create pathways for adults and out-of-school youths to build stronger reading, writing, and numeracy skills through the Community-Based Literacy and Numeracy Programme.

This initiative is more than classes. It is an opportunity to restore confidence, strengthen everyday life skills, and open doors to greater personal and professional growth.
