MOE Trains 23 Master Coaches for Teacher Support Program
The Ministry of Education, through the Guyana Strengthening Human Capital Through Education Project and NCERD, concluded the training of 23 officers to serve as Master Coaches in the Teacher Accompaniment Coach Program.

The Ministry of Education, through the Guyana Strengthening Human Capital Through Education Project and NCERD, concluded the training of 23 officers to serve as Master Coaches in the Teacher Accompaniment Coach Program.
The Project Coordinator, Mr. Rovin Sukhraj, stated, “For the next 18 months, the Master Coaches under the stewardship of the Program Coordinator, Ms. Petal Peters, will train other officers and head teachers to function as Coaches. Together, they will conduct coaching sessions with teachers in secondary schools across Guyana.” This is part of the Ministry and Government’s effort to improve education delivery. This project is funded by the World Bank.
