Our National Reading Assessments commenced today with Grade Two pupils and will continue tomorrow with Grade Four pupils.

This diagnostic assessment is designed to evaluate the literacy levels of each child, providing critical data that will enable the Ministry of Education to implement targeted interventions and support strategies where needed.

The overall goal is to ensure that every child leaves primary school with the ability to read fluently and comprehend effectively, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning and academic success.
