NCERD Delivers NGSA Training for Region 2 Teachers

The Ministry of Education, through NCERD, continues to intensify its national push to strengthen NGSA preparation, with targeted training being delivered to Grade 6 teachers across the country.

On March 5 and 6, this important engagement reached Region 2, where 104 teachers participated in a session led by Mr. Sharma, Ms. Nicholson, Ms. Johnson-Richards, Mr. Austin, and Ms. Obermuller, under the leadership of Director Mrs. Ramdin, in collaboration with ACEO (P) Mr. Singh.

The training focused on reinforcing key concepts and sharpening instructional practices to better support Grade 6 learners as they prepare for the upcoming NGSA examination, reflecting the Ministry’s ongoing drive to improve learning outcomes and equip teachers with the tools needed to make a stronger impact in the classroom.
