NCERD Strengthens Early Childhood Teacher Training in Region Four

The Ministry of Education, through NCERD’s Early Childhood Unit, continues to strengthen teachers’ capacity through professional development initiatives. On September 21st, forty (40) teachers from the East Coast of Region Four participated in a training session facilitated by Rajmattie Toolaram and Narinedai Singh.

The session provided practical strategies to strengthen classroom management, positive discipline, and engaging learning environments. Through interactive activities and discussions, teachers gained valuable approaches to support children’s learning, development, and well-being.
