OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION FROM THREE MILES SECONDARY SCHOOL

We wish to address the concerns raised in a recent social media post regarding the availability of teachers and the Grade 10 Science stream at Three Miles Secondary School.

The claim that certain subjects on the timetable do not have teachers and that Grade 10 Science students are currently struggling because teachers are absent is inaccurate.

Grade 10 Science is not without teachers or being left without instruction as suggested in the post. The students are receiving instruction according to the school’s established timetable.

Like many schools, Three Miles Secondary may encounter challenges from time to time, and we continue to work diligently to address any concerns that may arise. However, it is important that information being shared publicly accurately reflects the situation at the school and does not unnecessarily cause concern among parents and students.

We encourage parents and guardians who have concerns about their child’s education to contact the school directly so that the matter can be properly investigated and addressed. Our doors remain open, and we are committed to maintaining open communication with our school community.
