Food security begins in the classroom!

Today, the National Agricultural Research and Extension Institute (NAREI) and the Ministry of Agriculture handed over a new shade house to Waterloo Nursery School in Bath, West Coast Berbice.

By introducing agriculture at the nursery level, we aren’t just growing crops, we are nurturing the young minds who will lead a food-secure Guyana.
