Region 5 Teachers Attend NCERD Early Childhood Workshop

Thirty teachers from Region 5 participated in a professional development workshop hosted by the National Centre for Educational Resource Development - NCERD Early Childhood Unit on November 26, 2024.

The interactive session focused on enhancing gender responsiveness in early childhood education, supporting developmental behaviors in young children, and integrating key learning principles into teaching practices. Teachers analyzed classroom scenarios to identify gender biases and applied strategies to promote holistic child development.
