Representative of UNICEF Guyana and Suriname pays Courtesy Call on Minister of Education

A courtesy call was paid today on the Honourable Minister of Education Priya Manickchand by Mr. Nicolas Pron, Representative UNICEF Guyana and Suriname.

Discussions were held primarily on the UNICEF Annual Work Plan with the Ministry of Education. Mr. Pron also handed over a quantity of face masks and sporting equipment. The latter will go towards facilitating the development of sports in dormitory schools.
