A scholarship opportunity in 2022 paved the way for Ms. Basdeo to pursue a degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry at the University of the West Indies.
Now a proud graduate, she shares her gratitude to the Hon. Sonia Parag, Minister of Education, who awarded her the scholarship during her tenure as Minister of Public Service, and to the Government of Guyana for the opportunity to pursue her studies.
