The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Mount Sinai, continues its School Health Nursery Screening (Year 1) initiative across Region One.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to take note of the scheduled August screening dates for health facilities within the Mabaruma, Matarkai and Moruca Sub-Districts and ensure eligible children benefit from this important health initiative.

Early screening plays a vital role in identifying potential health concerns, supporting timely intervention and helping our children get the healthiest possible start to their educational journey.
