On Thursday, April 22nd and Friday, April 23rd, the Schools Welfare Unit of the Department of Education – Region Five, along with teachers from the Cotton Tree Primary School and the Rosignol Primary School conducted an outreach exercise to ensure that all school-aged children receive their learning packages especially those who are preparing for the National Grade Six Assessment. This exercise will continue across the region.

Ms. Ravina Gannie of the Cotton Tree Primary School, Ms. Brenette Carmichael from the Rosignol Primary School participated in the two-day exercise along with the Senior Schools Welfare Officer Ms. Gloria Davidson-James and Schools Welfare Officer, Ms. Roxan LaRose.
