Sir Beaton Da Maths is at the TVET Fair!

These young men are from Buxton PIC. Their secondary school, like 74 others across Guyana, offers students the opportunity to learn various vocational skills and earn certification.

I often hear people say that schools should prepare students for the world of work. Well, that’s exactly what TVET is doing.

My only complain is that TVET wasn’t available when I was in school. Now I have to spend a lot of money hiring skilled workers to do things I was never taught to do.

TVET is on the move!!

Visit the Ministry of Education - Guyana TVET fair at the Aurthur Chung Conference Centre today and tomorrow!!
