South Rupununi will have trained teachers! (teachers in training)

By the end of 2025, Bashaizon, Para Bara, Achiwib, and Konashen, among other very remote villages in deep South Rupununi will have trained teachers! Seen here at general assembly in Karaudar are teachers in training.

In 2019, 31 teachers from regions One, Seven, Eight and Nine were enrolled in the Associate Degree in Education programme, today, there are 1011 teachers in training.
