Strengthening Education in Region One
The Ministry of Education, through the National Centre for Educational Resource Development - NCERD, successfully trained all Grade 5 teachers across the three sub-regions of Region One from October 12–16, 2026.

Designed to support the rollout of the Revised Grade Five Curriculum across all four core subject areas, the workshop provided educators with practical strategies and interactive training to strengthen classroom instruction, boost student engagement, and elevate learning outcomes.
