Springer, a standout performer, believes that consistent, rigorous training is the foundation for success on the track. She sees the National Secondary Schools Championships as a vital stepping stone for student-athletes aspiring to compete at the prestigious CARIFTA Track and Field Championships.
"Train hard, win easy," Springer stated, emphasizing the importance of putting in the work.
The revamped National Secondary Schools Track and Field Championships, designed to elevate the performance of Guyana's young athletes, will take place from March 11-13 at the National Track and Field Facility.
