From Guyana, Education Officer Usha Rudradat says leadership is what is needed today to make a difference in education.
"As we modernize the curriculum and expand digital access, we need, now more than ever, leaders who can bridge the gap between national policy and daily teaching."
Over the past year, Usha has participated in the NELA - National Education Leadership Academy, Guyana, which has supported 100 current and aspiring education leaders across Guyana since launching in 2025.
