World Mental Health Day 2026: Real Voices, Real Change

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we are reminded that every voice matters and every experience deserves to be heard.

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we are reminded that every voice matters and every experience deserves to be heard.

Creating safe, supportive environments where students, teachers and families feel comfortable speaking about their mental health is an important part of building a stronger education system.

Let us continue to listen without judgement, support one another and remind those around us that they do not have to face their challenges alone.

Real Voices, Real Change.
